I’m still planning to go. Got to give the old girl a wash and polish today, it’s barely been driven since the ace cafe last year.

Not going to make it in the Fiesta!
The stainless braided fuel hose purchased 1 year ago from EBay has perished and is squirting fuel all over the bulkhead.
Luckily I smelt it and investigated before it had time to catch fire.

Quiet disappointed today. Escort following gets stronger every year.

Also a complete lack of people willing to use the drag strip and show us what they can do.

Maybe the entry fee is putting people off as if like me with a family of five, it's becoming an expensive day out.

I thought it was quite a good show, lots of Fiesta's around and some really nice ones too.

I did 4 runs on the drag strip but after having both the top engine mounts fail I had to call it a day :(

Hi Darren.

I agree there were some very nice Fiesta's there but feel we was a little let down and there could have been more.

Escorts are among the most expensive CF's and there seems to be more year after year.

I plan to have my new turbo car at Fordfest in September. I would have been there today but I'm in need of funds to finish and want it to be right before I put it up the strip.

It cost me over £100 to get in and I just felt the strip action reduces every year. At 4pm they were announcing there was only 4 cars waiting to race and although we go to see the cars the racing should be good too. What car was you running today as I must have seen you run. What times did you run?
